Charlie is the CEO of Managed Methods and brings over 35 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to his tenure here, he was CEO and Chairman of Confio Software which became the fastest growing company in the database performance space until being acquired by SolarWinds, Inc. Before Confio, he was SVP of Product Development at Seagate
Technology, joining after the acquisition of Conner Peripherals where he helped position that company as the fastest growing startup in American business history.
Charlie is an active venture investor and also serves on the board of the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship at The University of Colorado. He holds 10 patents and graduated from the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin with a BSEE degree. He is also a member of its Engineering Advisory Board.
