Chris, the CEO and Founder of KleerMail, a career Direct Mail professional. Chris recognized an opportunity to make Direct Mail as accessible and affordable as the online channels irrespective of clients’ resources and expertise. His vision was to create a solution that supported clients' need for simplicity, control, and transparency
through the Direct Mail production process. With that vision for a solution that surmounted needs throughout the Direct Mail production cycle, Chris launched KleerMail in 2012.
Chris selected a core team with comprehensive knowledge of Direct Mail best practices. To that core team, Chris added tenured development resources to build the Direct Mail platform he envisioned. Chris defined the model for a highly exclusive, highly curated network of direct mail supply chain partners who would benefit from a partnership with KleerMail and reliably deliver the quality and service KleerMail commits to its clients.
Chris's background directly supports his vision: Over the past 18 years, he has strategically developed and overseen the marketing operations and production implementation of more than one billion highly personalized Direct Mail communications. Clients including AT&T, FedEx, CVS Caremark, CIGNA, SuperValu, IBM, Talbots, Toys“R”Us, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Schering-Plough, Upromise, and Qwest Communications have entrusted Chris with over $500 million in Direct Mail investment, and he continues to set quality control, vendor management and cost-efficiency standards for the industry.
Chris is a graduate of Bentley University, is an industry speaker, and serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA).
