Chris Rowlands is the author and chairman of the UK Government's Rowlands Growth Capital Review and was recently a member of the independent taskforce chaired by Tim Breedon on SME access to debt for the UK Government.
He began his career with Barclays Bank in 1973 and was a director at 3i Investments plc until his retirement as managing
partner for Asia.
He is currently a board member and chairman of the Investment Committee at Finance Wales, member of the Executive Committee at
Hermes Private Equity as well as a director of Doncasters Group,
Mauser and Dubai International Capital.
