Currently he is the president and chief executive officer of HMA, LLC, a technology and advisory services company he founded. Prior to HMA, Chris served as executive vice president, global services, and chief information officer at Merck, a global research-driven pharmaceutical company until his retirement in July 2012. In addition he has held the
positions of senior vice president, global services, and senior vice president, information services while at Merck. Prior to joining Merck, Chris was senior vice president and chief information officer at International Paper, a global paper and packaging company.
He also held the position of vice president and chief information officer at MAPCO, Inc., a Fortune 250 diversified energy company. Chris served on the board of directors at Netezza Corporation, a leader in data warehouse and analytic appliances, from 2009 to 2010. Having served as chief information officer to three public companies, Chris brings strong leadership and expertise to our board.
