Christopher E. CraggChristopher E. Cragg joined the company in 2001 and is now Senior VP of Operations. Prior to this he was VP of Tubular Services. Prior to his current role, Mr. Cragg served as Executive VP, CFO and then President of Sooner Inc., a predecessor of our company. He came to Sooner from Ocean Energy, an independent oil and gas
exploration and production company, where he was VP and Controller. Previously Mr. Cragg held managerial positions with Cooper Industries, a diversified product manufacturer, and Price Waterhouse, a public accounting firm. Mr. Cragg is director of Powell Industries (NASDAQ: POWL), an electrical equipment manufacturer. He holds a B.B.A. from Southwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
