Clay Richards is the President of naviHealth. Prior to joining naviHealth, Mr. Richards served as the Vice President of the Health Plan Market for Healthways, Inc., the leading provider of disease management and wellness services.
Previously, Mr. Richards served as the General Counsel for Healthways, where he was responsible for all legal and
regulatory matters, as well as advising on strategic relationships, and mergers and acquisitions activities.
Before joining Healthways, Mr. Richards practiced law at Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville, Tennessee, where he specialized in corporate and securities law.
