Clemens Busch started his career at BHF-Bank, where he worked in Frankfurt and from 1991 to 1995 in New York. He joined the investment business in 1995 as director of the Tower Fund in Buenos Aires, an Argentine private equity firm. In 1999, he returned to BHF Bank in Frankfurt, where he was director of equity investment until the founding of
Steadfast Capital in 2001.
Clemens has a degree in business administration from the European Business School.
