Through a fascination with and experience of tech start-ups, Cody has a true understanding of the values of small company traits such as nimbleness and passion. He believes that the growth and success of an organization does not mean the absence of passion and ability for rapid change.
When the dream of Octiva was brought to Cody, he knew that he had found a technology continuation similar to the Tianium Healthcare mission – saving healthcare. Building Octiva from theory to an operational telehealth company has fulfilled Cody’s drive for being a part of something greater than himself.
