Sigari is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of UP.Partners, an early-stage venture firm investing in technology companies that are supporting a multi-dimensional future. He is an active investor and advisor to numerous AAM companies, co-founder of the UP Summits, and founder of TransportUP, the leading AAM related news and media company. Sigari is also a global leader in the business of private aviation. As the Executive Chairman and co-founder of jetAVIVA, Sigari led jetAVIVA to become one of the largest sellers of business jets in the world with annual sales in excess of $300M USD.
With over 27 years and thousands of hours of aviating experience, Sigari is an instructor pilot in 13 different jets including the Boeing 747, he has owned dozens of aircrafts, is a helicopter pilot and owner, a graduate of Purdue University's Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering program, an experienced acceptance test pilot and formerly a nationally ranked competitive aerobatic pilot.
Sigari is also an Ironman triathlete and self-admitted adventure junkie.
Prior to co-founding jetAVIVA, Cyrus served as a principal engineer for Eclipse Aviation during the initial development of the Eclipse 500. After fulfilling his engineering commitments, Cyrus transitioned to sales and sold 50 Eclipse 500s in a one-year period. Outside of his direct efforts at jetAVIVA, Cyrus holds the position of Very Light Jet Editor for Plane & Pilot and Pilot Journal magazines, has been published in Twin & Turbine magazine, and authors Light Jet Pre-Owned market report for Aviation International News. Cyrus is a founding member of the Citation Jet Pilots Owners group and Eclipse 500 Owners Club. He is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Farsi.
