Dr. Harrison has over 20 years experience in optical spectroscopy; more than half of which has been focused on the design and development of optical metrology systems involving vacuum ultraviolet light. He holds over 30 issued patents and numerous numerous technical publications. Dr. Harrison was co-founder and CTO of Metrosol, and has held
technical management positions at n&k Technology and Philips Analytical. Dr. Harrison holds a Ph.D. in experimental physics from Simon Fraser University.
