With a degree in retail management and distribution from Montreal's prestigious Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC), Daleyne Guay has developed leading expertise in the creation of customer loyalty programs and relational database marketing. With more than 20 years of experience in the world of database marketing, Mr. Guay has played a key role
in creating and implementing more than thirty customer loyalty programs for national and international organizations. He has helped many CEOs and senior management teams rethink their loyalty strategies while developing innovative ways for them to seduce customers and maintain a healthy bottom line. He has been especially involved in the retail, insurance, financial and information technology sectors.
In 1998, Mr. Guay created Diesel Data (Sid Lee), a specialized relationship marketing business unit. In 1999, he founded Segment of One (Komunik), a company specializing in personalized e-marketing solutions. And in 2001, he sold Segment of One (Komunik) to Nexxlink.
True to his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Guay founded FANBOX, his sixth company, in 2002, where he now devotes all his time and energy. He is recognized for his close collaboration with many of today's CEOs in their efforts to develop leading customer loyalty strategies for large-scale Canadian and European companies. As a strategic consultant and sought-after keynote speaker, Mr. Guay is also an active member of several North American and European associations that specialize in marketing, advertising and information technology.
