Daniel Daniel has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2019. He is the founder of Twenty Acre, a new fund focused on investing in technology and related sectors. Prior, he was a managing director and senior investor for BlackRock, researching companies around the world impacted by technological change. On BlackRock’s Global
Allocation team, he was responsible for investments across a wide range of technology markets spanning software, hardware, internet, e-commerce, communications and more. During his tenure, Global Allocation had peak assets of more than $100 billion. Daniel’s public market investments covered companies from the largest technology businesses on the planet to smaller companies with the profile to disrupt entire markets. He led Domo’s last private round and was a board observer until the company’s IPO. Beyond Domo, his private company investments included Twitter, Uber, Dropbox and Palantir, to name a few.
