Dan wrote his first program on a Commodore 64 in 1984 and never looked back. He wrote many scientific programs while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in physics, and while spending two years in “Gradual” school. He began a professional career as a programmer in 1993. Along the way he served many roles in small startups, and finally settled into a senior
software developer role for a large Silicon Valley corporation. In 2008 he quit the corporate world and has worked as an independent iOS developer since then. He has lived in Boulder Colorado for 22 years.
