Mr. Foreman has over 30 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, management consulting and engineering. Prior to forming Kinsale, Mr. Foreman was Managing Director of ABN AMRO Private Equity, leading the group's efforts in communications and business services investments, successfully investing two
private equity funds for the bank. Prior to joining ABN AMRO Private Equity, Mr. Foreman was Vice President of Investments and Acquisitions for Ameritech Development Corporation (now AT&T) where he was responsible for growing Ameritech's telecommunication services business by leading over 25 acquisition and venture capital investments in a variety of industry segments including wireless and data services.
Before joining Ameritech, Mr. Foreman was with Booz, Allen and Hamilton (now Booz & Co.) where he led strategy consulting assignments for large corporate clients. He began his career as a manufacturing engineer for Honeywell. Mr. Foreman has served on a number of private and public company boards. Mr. Foreman received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
