Dan received his M.Sc. degree from New York University. After that, he joined Bell Labs to develop real time communications software and data transmission protocols for high speed digital networks. He is Vice Chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum New York City and serves on the Board of the New York University Polytechnic Alumni Association.
Dan has
been an Entrepreneur and CEO for over 20 years. He has received several patents for his innovations in speech technologies and software engineering. He started and successfully sold two software startups and is now working on his third. He is currently CEO of Gyst Technologies, a company specializing in the development of advanced user interfaces for speech technologies.
Dan's professional experience includes technology based innovation and intellectual property development, software architecture and design, telecommunications research, web and cloud-based software development, business development and corporate strategy.
