Dave Theus is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in technology-driven domains, including PropTech, AI, and SaaS. He currently serves as the CEO of Fixle, a platform that simplifies homeowners' management of their home systems, products, and appliances. Prior to Fixle, Dave co-founded three successful technology-led
companies, raising over $60M in capital funds and integrating advanced technologies into enterprise solutions.
Dave's career includes roles as CTO and Co-Founder of Roamie, a platform for personalized travel experiences, and Founder, Director, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Revenue Officer of HOMEE, Inc., where he drove all aspects of product, sales, and marketing initiatives for continuous growth. He also served as the Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Technology at inno360, Inc., where he championed an enterprise solution using advanced AI/ML technologies from IBM Watson.
Dave started his career at MSC Software, where he held various roles, including Manager of Professional Services and Project Engineer. He also worked at GE as an Engineering Analyst and started in their Technical Leadership Program.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Dave has been recognized with several awards, including the 20 Most Promising Insurance Tech Solution Providers 2020 by CIO Review and Forbes Top 10 America's Best Startup Employers. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and create positive change.
