Brown has been Chairman of Broad and Cassel, a Florida law firm, since March 2000. From 1989 until March 2000, he was Managing Partner of the Orlando office of the firm. He is also a director and Lead Director of Rayonier Advanced Materials, Inc., a specialty cellulose production company.
Brown previously served on the board of Caremark Rx,
Inc. from March 2001 until the March 2007 closing of the merger of Caremark and CVS Health, when he became a director of CVS Health.
Brown’s legal and health care expertise and experience are valued by the Board, as is his ability to analyze and interpret complex issues and facilitate Board engagement. The Board believes that Brown’s experience adds knowledge and leadership depth to the Board.
