David Goel is Co-Founder and Managing General Partner of Matrix Capital Management, a multi-billion investment firm focused on the tech/life sciences, software, and semiconductor industries. Mr. Goel is responsible for the firm's day-to-day management, overseeing the Matrix Capital Management Fund (hedge fund) and the AyurMaya Capital
Management Fund (private equity fund). Prior to forming Matrix in 1999, he was a Member and Technology Research Analyst at Tiger Management. Previously, Mr. Goel was an Associate at General Atlantic Partners and an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley.
