Dr. Millar is a scientific co-founder of Revitope and is currently a senior research scientist at the Center for Cancer Immunology, Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Millar was educated at an undergraduate level at Edinburgh University studying medical microbiology. He was awarded his PhD in 2010 working with Dr. Mark Cobbold investigating the
role of immune editing on antigen-receptor diversity.
Throughout his career he has had an interest in tumor immunology and the anti-viral T cell response, and from studies undertaken during his PhD, he and Dr. Cobbold pursued the idea of re-directing the anti-viral immune response to target tumour cells. Dr. Millar has been a key contributor to the technology currently under development at Revitope.
