Mr. David Rode brings significant technology industry experience to iMANY in a broad range of functions including field operations, sales, marketing and partner alliances. Rode’s leadership experience includes companies such as Intentia Americas, a worldwide leader in ERP system integrating business application suites covering core processes
including financial management, customer relationship management, manufacturing and supply chain planning and execution where he held the position of CEO Americas. He drove the expansion of the company’s Americas business and led the integration of Intentia’s field sales operations into Lawson Software (NASDAQ: LWSN) when the two companies merged in 2006. Mr. Rode also has held senior sales, marketing, field operations and management roles in technology solutions providers such as Information Builders and Lectra. Rode holds a B.A. in Economics from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, and an M.B.A. with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia.
