David Welch (Audit Committee Chairman) was appointed as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee in March 2004.
David has over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience in technology companies.
He is a CPA and currently serves Vice President and CFO of American Millennium Corporation, a leading provider of remote
asset management solutions.
David also serves as a director on the boards of Venaxis, a biotech company, and has held directorships with PepperBall Technologies and Advanced Neutraceuticals.
David brings extensive business and accounting experience to CIC from his prior experience at Active Link Communications, Micromedix, Intelligent Electronics, LaserLand Corp USA and Alexander Grant and Company (now Grant Thornton).
