David Yost, age 68, was the President and Chief Executive Officer of AmerisourceBergen, a comprehensive pharmaceutical services provider, from 2001 until his retirement in 2011. Mr. Yost also held a variety of other positions with AmeriSource Health Corporation and its predecessors from 1974 to 2001, including Chairman, President and Chief
Executive Officer from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Yost is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and was previously a Captain in the United States Air Force. Mr. Yost serves on the Board of Directors of Tyco International and Bank of America. Mr. Yost also serves on the U.S. Air Force Academy Endowment Board.
