Davide Dattoli is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Talent Garden, the largest EduTech company based in Europe, dedicated to helping
individuals and organizations become "future-proof" by enhancing their digital skills. Established in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has since expanded to 12 markets across Europe, Brazil, and Singapore. The company operates under three brands: Talent Garden, Hyper Island, and Italian Tech Academy. Our uniqueness lies in a robust digital and tech community that inhabits our physical campuses across Europe, creating learning opportunities for both students and companies. He is also a Venture Founder and board member of Italian Founders Fund, Italy's first venture capital fund established by founders, for founders. Davide is a sought-after speaker and serves on the boards of numerous companies at the European level. He has been recognized in Forbes' 30 Under 30 technology list in Europe and received a WIRED nomination as one of the top 5 innovators in Italy. Additionally, he is a board member of many private and public organizations. He is actively involved as a board member of the Telethon Foundation, the most significant Italian non-profit organization supporting rare diseases. Davide also personally invests in several startups in the Lifestyle and Education sectors across Europe, including Will Media, WeRoad, and Bending Spoons.
Before founding Talent Garden and serving as its CEO for the first ten years, he worked on digital strategies at Condé Nast and consulted for a dozen international companies on digitalization.
