Dean A. Logan is Labor Sync’s Co-founder and CEO responsible for the company’s vision, corporate strategy and execution. Dean is a graduate of Ramapo College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. His experience includes 26 years as President of a large commercial roofing company where he helped cultivate that business from a small local
family owned company to a company that is now recognized as a major player within the roofing industry. On the heels of another recession Dean looked to technology to control labor costs within the roofing business. Partnering with Joseph Burger, an IT professional, they designed an application that eliminated payroll discrepancies and increased employee productivity. After seeing the benefits in the roofing company Dean took a break from the roofing industry and formed Labor Sync sharing his money saving solution with the public in February of 2011. Since the product launch Dean has focused on expanding into new markets across the globe, saving thousands of businesses time and money.
