In her previous role as Vice President of Operations for the Culture & Talent organization, Snow was accountable for all operational aspects of Culture & Talent, as well as compensation and benefits. Snow’s team implemented many critical people and system processes necessary to scale a company growing at a rapid pace.

Joining Allscripts in 2010, Snow led the people integration effort during the acquisition of Eclipsys, the largest such effort in healthcare IT. During her tenure the company tripled in size from 2,000 to 7,000 people, while revenues jumped from $548.4M to $1.444B in 2011.

Before joining Allscripts, Snow led the Cisco Sales Associates Program, where she defined the governance and operating models for an early-in-career sales development program. The global program recruited collage graduates from 52 countries around the world and relocated each to one of three geographies. Prior to her departure from Cisco in 2010, she redesigned the classroom-style program into a virtual program, reducing the overall cost by nearly 50 percent. Prior to Cisco, Snow served as Senior Vice President, Business Transformation where she led a number of organizations focused on designing and delivering online banking solutions for Consumer, Small Business, and Corporate/Commercial bank customers.
