Delbert Rexford brings more than 30 years of North Slope leadership to UIC. He is actively involved with the Iñupiat Community of the Arctic Slope (ICAS) Tribal Council and served as a Councilman for the City of Barrow for seven years and as a North Slope Borough Assemblyman for six years. He also served as a Gates of the Arctic National Park
Subsistence Commission Member for nine years and as an Alaska Municipal League Director/ President.
