Dianne’s diversified background as a Facility Administrator/CEO for one of the largest dialysis company’s in the country provided her with valued experience in federal and state regulations in the healthcare industry. Having spent many years working with and caring for our treasured elderly, Dianne understands the care necessary to assist them
in retaining and achieving a better quality of life than what is offered by large, skilled nursing facilities. Dianne Moore has experience with elderly patients who have lived their lives on dialysis, with dementia and Alzheimer’s which developed her understanding of nutrition, gerontology, aged related psychosocial and health needs. Dianne has developed tools such as a detailed interests and activity lists, music they would enjoy historical topics to provide conversation of interest for their age-related group. OC Senior Care has plans to enlist the community’s senior center’s involvement to encourage activity and a sense of belonging. The CEO's goal is to encourage independence and self worth to the elderly and do so with compassionate care which will set OCSC above other facilities to give us a competitive edge. Dianne believes seniors have much to offer our society and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
