Donna is managing director of Lardon & Associates, LLC, a business and executive advisory services firm. She is also a member of the boards of directors of Boston Scientific Corporation, L Brands, Inc., Time Warner Cable Inc. and FIS Group, Inc.
Additionally, Donna is the founder and chair of The Center for Healthy Families in Columbus,
Ohio, and is a former chair of the National Women’s Business Council.
Before establishing Lardon & Associates in 2006, Donna served in leadership positions with Nationwide Insurance and Financial Services, including as president, Nationwide Strategic Investments.
Prior to that, she was executive vice president and chief administrative officer and held other executive positions at Nationwide, including executive vice president and chief human resources officer.
Her responsibilities included leading several U.S. and internationally-based subsidiary companies, a venture capital fund and new business development teams with responsibility for emerging opportunities in financial services.
Donna graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She is a non-practicing CPA..
