Donna Morea is a nationally recognized executive in IT professional services management with over thirty years of experience. From May 2004 until her retirement at the end of 2011, Ms. Morea served as President of CGI Technology and Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of CGI Group, one of the largest independent information technology
firms in North America. In that role, she led CGI’s IT and business process services in the U.S. and India for large enterprises in financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and government. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of SunTrust Banks, Inc.
