During his 41 years in the financial services industry, Mr. Young was a financial advisor for various investment firms, manufacturing companies, and other financial services firms. Mr. Young has served on the board of directors for several public and privately-owned companies since 1992 and has participated in both start-up and emerging growth
companies as an investor and consultant. Mr. Young founded the Business Owners Network, LLC in 2004 to provide business consulting and personal financial advice for the owners of small and mid-size businesses; BON’s services include business development, strategic planning, retirement planning, and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Young is a registered investment advisor, Certified Financial Planner licensee, and has received certificates of advanced studies from De Paul University in Chicago; he graduated from the McCombs School of Business with a BBA degree.
