Prior to founding Homee he served as President & CEO of inno360, Inc., a cloud-based leader in cognitive analytics developed in partnership with Procter and Gamble (P&G). Prior to inno360, Mr. Schaedler was the CEO of Innovaro, Inc, a leading enterprise SaaS provider to the Fortune 500. As CEO, Mr. Schaedler managed a team of more than 150
professionals and oversaw the Company’s IPO in the UK and the development and launch of the Company’s enterprise SaaS platform. Previously he was a Principal in a New York based venture capital firm and before that was an early employee at VerticalNet Inc reporting to the founder and CEO. He has significant startup and capital raising experience, having raised more than $75 million into his last two companies and effectively managing periods of high-growth.
Mr. Schaedler holds an M.B.A in finance and economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Tufts University; He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
