Startup engagement and venture capital professional with 10+ years of experience. Eduardo contributed to invest in, support and grow over 70 early-stage technology startups and entrepreneurs.
By launching local and regional chapters for two global startup accelerators – Wayra in Mexico City and Startupbootcamp FinTech in Latin America, – he gained
solid experience in planning, managing, and executing startup support programs, deal sourcing and assessment, negotiating and managing investments to closing, supporting further funding rounds for startups, and ensuring financial and legal compliance. All that while gaining increased visibility within the Latin American startup and FinTech ecosystems, and consulting with corporate partners to define the recruiting strategies for startups that are a potential fit for investment and innovation strategy.
Eduardo graduated from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, France, holding a Master’s degree in Engineering. I also pursued an Executive Program in Venture Capital at IPADE Business School in Mexico City.
