Ed Pendergast is the Co-founder, President, CEO and Chairman of PLC Systems. He was the Lead Outside Director of PLC Systems for many years until he was elected Chairman in 1999. Since founding the Company in 1987, Mr. Pendergast has provided PLC Systems with strong managerial and financial leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting
and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College. Also, Mr. Pendergast is a Certified Public Accountant.
