Elaine was appointed as Senior Vice President, Human Resources in 2008. She has helped the company to manage the significant change associated with strategic acquisitions and divestitures and driven a comprehensive organizational design, while adding new training and benefits programs.
Before joining CSR she held senior HR leadership roles for
DSG International Plc – most recently, People Director, International Electricals. Prior to that, Elaine held leadership roles at Virgin Retail for ten years, with HR responsibility for over 100 megastores and more than 3000 employees.
