From Day One, Elisa has been fascinated by the individual personalities of her students and how she can work with them just as they are, all
while guiding them to a place of greater respect and facility for learning. Since earning her BA in Economics from St. Olaf College and MS in Urban Education for Students with Disabilities from Long Island University, she has grown to be a supporter of that elusive, yet vital, concept of differentiation. The results of teaching to diverse learning styles through project-based and experiential education are real and significant. EdMod has been a natural and exciting off-shoot to this evolving career in education. Elisa is hopeful to help make differentiation easier for every teacher- using technology.
