California resident Elliot Sands is an executive management professional and the executive director at Faith First. He previously worked as chief operating officer of the Palo Alto-based SHP Foundation, which aims to meet housing and other community needs in the San Francisco Bay Area. He provided full operational support to the organization,

Elliot Sands also maintains a leadership role at CirrusMD in Denver, Colorado. He co-founded the company and established its operational and administrative functions, including accounting, finance, banking, and human resources. He continues to provide operational leadership at the company, which exists with the goal of removing barriers between patients and their doctors. CirrusMD has succeeded in securing major health care systems nationwide.
