Saez is a results-disciplined C-level marketing executive with solid, +25yr. record of leading teams, scaling businesses and building global consumer brands in the
multi-channel retail space. He's successfully led large retail marketing organizations responsible for growth and for executing integrated traditional marketing [catalog, stores, offline media] and digital marketing [SEO, SEM, display targeting/re-targeting/lead gen, social, content and brand publishing]; store design; website UI/UX, analytics and optimization; creative studio; visual merchandising. Proven leadership capabilities in brand positioning and differentiation; competitive strategy and customer segmentation; go-to-market planning and execution; customer acquisition, activation and retention. Key contributor to the growth of some of the world’s most recognized brands, including: Starbucks, Timberland, Eddie Bauer, Sperry Top-Sider, ESPRIT, G.H. Bass, and Blue Nile. Saez also founded two startups: AtlanticRancher, a men’s rugged outdoor apparel company, and Zovo, a women’s intimate apparel brand. Saez attended the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture and earned a BS equivalent in architecture.
