Enguerrand Vidor (aka Angus) is the Founder of Workforce Technologies Pty Ltd, trading as MyGig (mygig.com.au), Australia’s first AI-powered Workforce Management Platform (WFM) and Employer of Record (EOR), now redefined by him as a Workforce-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform. MyGig enables businesses to seamlessly manage and scale their on-demand and
casual workforce, handling compliance, payroll, award interpretation, and AI-driven operations through a single solution.
Angus has a proven track record of building and scaling ventures across workforce management, fintech, fashion, and travel tech sectors. Prior to founding MyGig, he co-founded Reach Alternatives Investment, a private equity platform for alternative investments, and Leezair, a real-time booking platform for travel experiences, tours, and activities. He also served as Entrepreneur in Residence at Rocket Internet / The Iconic, contributing to the early scaling of what is now one of Australia’s leading fashion e-commerce platforms.
A seasoned venture architect and product strategist, Angus has advised numerous startups and corporates on digital transformation and innovation across industries.
