Eric has been a member of the founding teams of Startups.co Idea Buyer, and Fundable.com. While still a student at Ohio State University, Corl was part of the founding team of Startups.co, one of the first online funding platforms that helps connect entrepreneurs with investors. The company has since grown to over 400,000 members and over 20,000 active accredited investors.
Corl co-founded Fundable.com in 2011, an online crowdfunding platform for small businesses. Eric was recognized by the White House as one of the top 100 entrepreneurs under 30 by the Obama Adminstration and was honored at the White House.
Eric Corl grew the company he founded in 2007, Idea Buyer, to a 3X Inc 5000 award recipient, joining less than 5% of the companies featured to make the list three times in a row. The company is based in Columbus, OH suburb Dublin, OH - the same area of Wendy's International.
Eric Corl resides in Columbus, Ohio where he serves as the President & CEO of Idea Buyer, LLC. The company has upside interest in more than 1,500 products and technologies on the market. Products Idea Buyer has worked on sell/have been sold by stores like Target, Buy Buy Baby, Macy's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Cabela's, Bass Pro, Sportsman's Warehouse, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Menard's, and WalMart.
