As a Regents’ scholar and engineering student at UC Berkeley, Eric immediately found a way to combine his passions for sports and technology. Using his proprietary algorithm to automate digital ticket organization and distribution, Eric sold tens of thousands of dollars of tickets in just a couple years as a student. accidentally enrolled in a class called IEOR 185: Challenge Lab. It ended up being about on Sports Technology. It was in this class that Better blossomed into the multi-million dollar app it is today.
