Eric Johnson serves as Founder and President of North Avenue Capital where he leads and oversees all origination activities. Prior to launching NAC, Eric spent over a decade focused on commercial lending, first for ING Investment Management and then as a Senior Commercial Lender at Guardian Bank where he was one of the top USDA loan originators in
the Southeast. Eric and his team provide debt-based capital sourcing and knowledge to businesses and individuals seeking to acquire commercial real estate, hard assets, or other businesses. Eric received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel, holds an MBA from the University of Georgia, and has earned graduate banking certificates from both the University of Georgia and Louisiana State University.
