Shortly after branching out to the fast-growing consumer entertainment business, I made it my passion to foster meaningful business relationships and to be customer-obsessed in the evolution of Games, Music, and Video as we know it today. I feel being customer-centric is actually an important quality many businesses miss. If only focused on driving revenue, I believe you can never truly be successful.
