Erik Davis is Quality leader and co-founder of POPS! Diabetes Care. Erik has four years of experience in medical device manufacturing operations and product development at Lifecore Biomedical. He led numerous technical transfer projects and implemented several fully automated production lines.
Erik is also a member of the internal audit team at
Lifecore Biomedical and participates in regular audits throughout Lifecore’s facility. Erik has a BSME degree from Minnesota State University and a Master’s of Science Degree in Medical Device Innovation from the University of Minnesota.
