Erika practices her passion for turning ideas into reality every day. As a founding partner and CEO at Business Instincts Group, a venture creation firm, Erika has spent the past 15 years working on the development and growth of companies in all areas but most specifically in building repeatable, scalable systems across operations, product
development, marketing, and human capital.
Erika is also a core member of creating and scaling the BIG RIPKIT methodology, a strategic planning tool that helps entrepreneurs take their ideas and make them actionable and scalable.
Erika recently founded Build Impossible, a virtual accelerator program designed to help build and scale entrepreneurial teams from solo operations, up to small teams acquiring their first rounds of financing.
As part of the executive management team TraxOne, a location-based digital advertising agency, Erika oversees operations and product refinement as well as building key partnerships.
Previously, Erika was also the co-founder and COO of Slyce, a visual search startup and was central in building the company from an idea to taking the company public on the TSXV as well as managing the successful acquisition of three prominent US and Israeli tech-based companies and overseeing the day to day operations of a data center.
Erika completed her Independent Corporate Directors Designation in 2015 with experience in both private and public company board Governance she currently acts on both the board for Business Instincts Group and for Pounce Holdings Inc.
Prior to BIG, TraxOne, and Slyce, she worked in Marketing at 1-800-Got- Junk? during their explosive growth, a time that solidified them as the industry leader in the Junk removal industry.
