For the last 25 years, I have worked as a software manager and developer in reputed software companies in Israel. While working there, I experienced a massive problem of burnout and destruction, so I decided to dedicate the second part of my professional life to solving these problems. For example, I became familiar with the issue of a healthy work
environment. I faced this problem personally and needed clarification regarding what to do. I preferred the pain to HR, who believed the employees had been less productive at work. Fortunately, I could fix the issue successfully, as I am very much aware of it. I had the opportunity to come across quite a few innovative solutions that gave me some idea of how I could assist thousands and thousands of developers and programmers worldwide to stay away from burnout and distractions while enhancing their efficiency and productivity. This thought came to my mind when I found that most individuals around me struggle with disruptions because of untimely messages. As a software engineer, I have developed unique technical solutions that have been quite productive and beneficial for my organization. It has been more than 25 years since I've served in Israel's software industry. As a top-notch engineer, I can boast of having adequate experience in architecture and software design consisting of front-end, backend, POCs, and mobile. I have passed graduation from the Department of Computer Science, Technion - Israel's Institute of Technology.
