For more than 20 years, Evan has been an investor, operator, and asset manager of alternative ventures. He has invested in and developed real estate throughout the United States. Evan was part of the founding management team at MVP. Previously, he was a Founding Partner of Citizen VC, Inc., a financial technology, and investment firm, where he
participated in both early-stage primary and late-stage secondary venture investments. Prior to Citizen VC, Evan co-founded Gentry New York. Evan focused on investing in and raising capital for venture-backed mid-stage energy and technology companies alongside top-tier VCs. Prior to Gentry, Evan founded and was CEO of BronfmanHaymes Real Estate Partners, which acquired and developed residential and commercial real estate in the New York Tri-State area. Evan received an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance, an MA in Legal & Political Theory from University College London and a BA in European History from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He served as Chairman of the Young Leadership Committee for Seeds of Peace and the Chairman of the Board of the Ricardo O’Gorman Garden & Library School in Harlem, NY.
