Evan Kornack joined Data Point Capital in 2012. Previously, Evan worked for UBS in their Global Investment Banking group, where he executed take-private transactions, and equity raises. Prior to UBS, Evan worked as a Corporate Development Consultant for RainDance Technologies, which is a Digital Biology™ Company that is backed by Mohr Davidow
Ventures, Alloy Ventures, and Quaker Partners. At RainDance, he was heavily involved in the firm's capital raising efforts, and select business development activities.
