Eyal Attia is a successful entrepreneur in the real estate sector with a strong background and extensive experience in income generating assets. Mr. Attia co-founded Tene Investment Funds in 2004, together with Dr. Ariel Halperin and Mr. Dori Brown.
In 2001, Mr. Attia joined Dr. Halperin and Mr. Brown and formed Tenram Investments Ltd., a private
investment company engaged in domestic and foreign real estate investments. His active role in Tenram ended at the beginning of 2005 as he began to focus on Tene’s activities.
Mr. Attia was previously an active partner in Attia Assets and Investment Ltd., a leading real estate brokerage firm in Israel. He has extensive experience in negotiations, transaction structuring and financing.
Mr. Attia holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
