As CEO and member of the Board of Directors, Fletcher is responsible for Netsocket's strategic direction and growth. Fletcher brings deep industry knowledge as well as a strong track record in worldwide sales, business development and the establishment of new markets in complex technical environments.
Fletcher previously served as executive
vice president of sales and business development for Netsocket. Fletcher came to Netsocket from Acme Packet, where he was vice president of enterprise and government sales and a founding member of the enterprise sales team.
He was previously vice president/general manager of Americas system sales for NetTest Inc. (acquired by Anritsu), a Danish provider of integration performance analysis and service assurance systems for VoIP, GSM, GPRS, UMTS and next-generation network technologies.
Prior to that, Fletcher served as senior director of sales and vice president of customer operations for Alcatel USA, and he previously held senior customer operations management positions with DSC Communications Corp and was a field service engineer with Northern Telecom and an electronics technician with the United States Navy
