Francisco L. Borges is chairman and managing partner at Landmark. He directs Landmark’s strategic planning and investment activities. Under his leadership, the firm expanded its secondary market activities and developed its next generation and opportunity fund of funds private equity strategies. During his tenure, Landmark has grown and expanded
its secondary market activities, globally and across asset type.
Prior to joining Landmark, Mr. Borges was managing director of GE Capital’s Financial Guaranty Insurance Company and capital markets subsidiaries, before which he was treasurer for the State of Connecticut, deputy mayor of the City of Hartford, and legal counsel for the Travelers Insurance Companies.
Mr. Borges is a member of the Connecticut and New Jersey bars. He received a JD from the University of Connecticut Law School and a BA from Trinity College.
